Canoe Water Sports Course
1. Understanding the origin of Canoeing: The content includes the history of canoe development and canoeing formats (competitive and recreational activities)
2. Understanding Canoe equipment: The content includes the equipment needed for canoeing, such as the canoe itself, paddles, life jackets with whistles, safety helmets, cold-weather clothing, non-slip shoes, and splashguard.
3. Understand the basic operation principles of canoeing: The content includes the principles of balance, body force generation, cadence and rhythm of force transmission, and efficiency.
4. Learn the basic operations of canoeing: The content includes life jacket wearing, equipment inspection, canoe transport, getting in and out of the canoe, paddle holding position, forward paddling, backward paddling, side paddling, forward paddling and turning, backward paddling and turning, balance, top wave, capsizing and resetting, and paddling commands.
5. Safety guidelines: The content includes safety guidelines for activity venues, weather conditions, and other factors.
6. Understand the relevant laws and regulations governing water activities.
