Basis: Implementation Measures for Continuing Education in Higher Education Institutions.

Registration requirements: Individuals aged 18 and above who are interested in drone operation.

Fee: NT$ 8,800 per person.

Class Time: September 2025.

Location: Ming Chuan University Kinmen Location (No. 105, Deming Road, Xiyuan Village, Jinsha Township, Kinmen County)

For Registration: Please submit (1) Ming Chuan University student basic information and registration form (Kinmen Location), and (2) contact the course coordinator for payment information.

Notes: After registration and payment, for students who withdraw from the program for any reason, the refund policy will proceed in accordance with Article 17 of the ” The Procedures for Continuing Education in Junior Colleges and Above” promulgated by the Ministry of Education. To apply for a refund, please bring your original payment receipt:

(1) If the class is not offered due to low student enrollment, a full refund will be provided.

(2) Students who withdraw after registration and payment but before the first day of class will receive a 90% refund of all tuition, fees and other expenses paid.

(3) A student who has attended the class for less than one-third of the total term, calculated from the actual attending date of the class, will be refunded half of the tuition, miscellaneous fees, and other expenses paid. A student who has been in class for more than one-third of the total term will not be refunded.
